Shipping policy

Order & Shipping Summary:

• Candle Orders are processed within 4 business days; each candle is handmade to order. Any other product will be processed withing 48hrs.
• After Shipping, expect delivery within 3-5 working days through a standard delivery service.
• Orders placed after 12pm Friday or over the weekend are shipped Monday.
  
• Royal Mail is used for shipping, with a flat rate for most UK areas. 
• Encase of Lost packages: provide proof of purchase and tracking number, and assistance will be provided to locate your item.
• Returns/exchanges are accepted for change of mind (for unused products) or incorrect orders; return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
• For delivered packages, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
